Adult Adventurers Rules and Guidelines

Adult Adventurers IS a moderated site and the Staff of reserve the right to Moderate any and all posts for any reason at anytime. No trolling or bashing of members will be tolerated.

All Rules are open to different interpretations. The moderators of a Forum should have the final decision as to what constitutes an infringement of the rules as well as the responsibility to remove, edit, move or close those posts that they see as being harmful to a forum.
All members of a forum have the right to contact the moderators privately if there is a need to further explain a position or a post.

NO posting of Email or IM Addresses is allowed in ANY posts. Members can be contacted via PM, IM and Email thru their Profiles.

Underage Sex

Adult Adventurers is totally and exclusively an adult site. No description, discussion, pictoral or other depiction, or roleplaying of sex involving a person under the age of 18 will be permitted. Nor will pictures of any kind depicting subjects under 18 be allowed.

Bestiality

No description, discussion, pictoral or other depiction, or roleplaying of bestiality will be permitted.

ADVERTISING AND SPAM

The purpose of a Forum is a free and open exchange of ideas. It is understood that there are times when the idea itself requires that a product, or another site, be mentioned, critiqued or evaluated. There are also times when the recommendation of a product, or another site, is the answer to a posted problem. This is not advertising.

However posts that exist solely to mention a product or service, outside the context of any discussion are considered Advertising. They may be removed, as may be the posting privileges of the member if it is clear that the member is only present on site to make such postings.

The posting of links to other sites is subject to a slightly stricter interpretation:

The posting of links to a commercial site, porn site, or competitive site in a signature or listed as a home page is considered advertising.

The inclusion of any URL in the body of a post is blocked by the board for members with fewer than 50 posts. Posts of commercial URLs by members with more than 50 posts will be subject to the interpretation in the first paragraph of this section.

Advertising on Adult Adventurers is a fee-based service, costing $10 per month, or $100 per year. Please contact Chuckus for more information*.

* Please Note: Your website will be reviewed prior to being added. Adult Adventurers has the right to deny sponsorship based on website content.

Staff of the forum are also allowed to include advertising links related to their own commercial activities in home page links.

Supporters may pay an additional $5/mo to add the advertising allowance to their account.

Advertising by those who are not paid advertisers or staff is considered SPAM, and is a direct violation of the rules of this website. It the violation appears inadvertent, the member will be sent a PM informing of the violation, and requesting its removal within 24 hours. Commercial links that do not appear inadvertent may be removed immediately, at the discretion of a SuperMod or Administrator, with the member sent an explanatory PM.

Advertising SPAM may result in removal of a member’s posting privileges or possible account termination and permanent ban.

Posting

Cross-posting (i.e. post the same message in more than one forum board) is rude. Choose the forum topic that is closest to your post, and place it there only. If you should create a post in one forum, and later realize it would be more appropriate in another forum, please contact a Mod or Admin who will move it to the appropriate forum or delete if necessary.

Abuse

Please, no messages that harass, insult, belittle, or threaten another member. Continued abuse of other members may result in removal of your membership.

Signature Lines

Sig (signature) lines and other member information areas are subject to all the rules and guidelines that a post is - including links. Sig lines that violate one of these policies will be removed.

Advertising links in profiles and signatures are not allowed per these terms unless purchasing an Advertising Account. Please see the Advertising section above.

Images: Avatars, Profile Pictures and Uploads

The rules regarding images are simple: No minors. There will be no exceptions to this policy. If you want to show everyone your baby pics, create an account at any of the free picture sites, and post a link to that site (not the image) Try to respect the copyrights on images. If a site clearly says that images may only be used with permission, please respect that wish.

A Note About Content and 2257

Legally, we can allow soft nudity, but under current United States law, photographs (includes still photography, cinematography and video, but does not apply to non-photographic images) posted on this site may not contain "sexually explicit conduct", which the government defines as:

- Actual or simulated:
(A) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
(B) bestiality;
(C) masturbation;
(D) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
(E) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person.

- All persons in all adult-themed photographs must be over 18 years of age.

- Image must not contain URL or other advertisement.

- You must have a legal right from the copyright owner to post any images - i.e. photographs/drawings that you yourself created and/or have a license or other permission to post.

If you see any images which violate these guidelines, please report the post and we will review your report. Anyone caught repeatedly violating these guidelines may have their image posting privileges revoked. AdultAdventurers.com may remove any image for any reason without notice, and may periodically purge old images from the forums.
